Drugs in Clinical Trials database
This site is a comprehensive online resource offering detailed profiles of new investigational treatments in phase I through III clinical trials. Updated weekly, the online directory provides information on more than 2,000 drugs for more than 800 disease conditions worldwide in a well-organized and easy-to-reference format. Detailed profile information is provided for each drug.

Created by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, this is a central, widely accessible, web-based repository for clinical study results in a reader-friendly, standardized format, making clinical trial results for U.S.-marketed pharmaceuticals more transparent.
ClinicalTrials.gov
A service of the National Institutes of Health providing regularly updated information about a large number of federally and privately supported clinical research trials. Provides information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations, and phone numbers for more details.
TrialsCentral.org
This nonprofit site provides free and confidential ways to search for government and private clinical trials, a list of frequently asked questions, a drug research list, and a resources page.
National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine
As a part of NIH, this institute works on complementary and alternative medicines and treatments through research, research training, outreach, and integration. The site includes a large section on clinical trials, including a database of those run by the center and a list of frequently asked questions.
National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
As a part of NIH, this institute works on a national program for diseases of the heart, lung, blood, blood vessels, and cholesterol. The site has information about NHLBI clinical trials conducted in these areas at the institute in Bethesda, MD and across the country.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
